I have been fairly busy with various projects for friends. I wish to share them here. The window treatments that I have done are all based on patterns but have needed to be modified to suit the particular needs of the space or placement of the windows. All of these were really fun to do. I had not made a roman shade before and wanted to try one out before cutting the actual fabric. Mounting it was the part that I was unsure of. So, I made one for myself on a smaller door window where it would need to be mount in a similar fashion.
I like the flowered laundry room window treatment so much that I plan to make a similar curtain for my kitchen window.
I have also made some shirts and a bubble skirt and have done some alteration projects as well as a fairy costume for one of my grown daughters.
